Our Practice offers Telemed services for our patients. This service safely gives you access to medical services.
How Our Telemed Option Works (Usual Business Hours Only)
- Call the Clinic’s main number to make an appointment.
- If you have access to a smart phone or computer with a webcam, we can Facetime with you. Call the Front Desk for easy setup. You will need to provide a cell phone number and an email address. If not, we can do a telephone visit and you will need to provide a phone number.
- Our Phone numbers and office hours are currently listed on the website, hours may vary by location.

This organization understands the importance of quality care measures and our providers strive to meet those standers.
Our clinics offer all types of services from labs, PFT, STD screening, drug screening along with other services and offer x-ray on most sights. We also can see patients for Work Compensation, DOT Physicals, work and sports Physicals.
All of our locations are always taking new patients, and we accept most major insurances including Medicare and Medicaid. Walk-ins are always welcome in all our locations. Most locations now have extended hours.
